Please fill out this form if you are willing to be a flight angel for a rescue dog or cat from Save A Friend P.R.  The animals that are flying will be fully vetted, their flight will be paid for and a carrier will be provided. One of our volunteers will meet you at the airport for the check in process. You will have contact information of the person meeting you at your destination in advance of your flight.

We are looking for flyers mainly to the mid-western states of Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin,  Pennsylvania and to the East Coast.
